My Task Manager is a Notion template designed for simple and efficient project management.

Structure

The template includes:

• A dashboard with essential information
• A Tasks database for main tasks
• A Subtasks database for subtasks
• A Members database for the team

Quick Start

1. Fill in project information in Project Info
2. Add team members in Members
3. Create your first task with + New Task button
4. Track progress in Tasks view

First Steps

• Use dashboard Quick Actions to quickly create: task, subtask, member
• Check Task Distribution to visualize work distribution
